Location: Plano, TX

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), to lead the delivery of customer-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will own the product backlog, collaborate closely with business and technical teams, and drive successful implementation of Adobe-powered web and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog for Adobe-based digital platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with Adobe capabilities.
  • Lead AEM implementations and enhancements, including Sites, Assets, and Workflows.
  • Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver optimized digital experiences.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive Adobe Analytics, Target, and Audience Manager integration for personalization and optimization.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation using Adobe Target.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices; lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
  • Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and product roadmap.
  • Ensure product quality through UAT coordination and defect triage.
  • Continuously optimize content, performance, SEO, and accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager.
  • Experience translating marketing and digital requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital content management, personalization, and customer journeys.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web performance optimization, and accessibility (WCAG).
  • Exposure to Google Analytics, Optimizely, or other experimentation tools.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or media platforms.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
