Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions
• Create functional requirements, user stories, use cases, wireframes, and mockups
• Support CRM implementation initiatives and manage requirements throughout the SDLC
• Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and development teams
• Utilize Jira and Modern Requirements for requirements management and traceability
• Support process improvement and business transformation initiatives
