Data Strategy & Analytics Leader

Location: New York, NY(Hybrid 2 days a week)

Duration: 1+ year

Key responsibilities:-

• Partner with business, legal, finance, technology, and operations leaders to identify opportunities to leverage data for competitive advantage.
• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with the organization's strategic priorities. Experience in legal services firm would be preferred
• Lead advanced analytics and AI initiatives that improve decision-making, outcomes, operational efficiency, and profitability
• Establish and oversee enterprise data governance, data quality, privacy, and compliance standards
• Build and modernize the organization's data architecture, platforms, and analytics capabilities to support scalability and innovation including Gen AI adoption
• Deliver actionable insights and performance metrics to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.
• Champion responsible AI adoption and foster a data-driven culture through education, governance, and change management.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, data governance, and AI.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance the organization's data and digital capabilities.
• Establish measurable outcomes and KPIs that demonstrate the business value and return on investment of data and analytics initiatives.
