Job Description: Product Owner with Adobe (AEM) experience

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), to lead the delivery of customer-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will own the product backlog, collaborate closely with business and technical teams, and drive successful implementation of Adobe-powered web and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for Adobe-based digital platforms.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with Adobe capabilities.
- Lead AEM implementations and enhancements, including Sites, Assets, and Workflows.
- Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver optimized digital experiences.
- Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Drive Adobe Analytics, Target, and Audience Manager integration for personalization and optimization.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation using Adobe Target.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices; lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and product roadmap.
- Ensure product quality through UAT coordination and defect triage.
- Continuously optimize content, performance, SEO, and accessibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager.
- Experience translating marketing and digital requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital content management, personalization, and customer journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP.
- Knowledge of SEO, web performance optimization, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Exposure to Google Analytics, Optimizely, or other experimentation tools.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or media platforms.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
