Role – Quality Domain Business Analyst (With SAP QM)

Location – Mobile, AL (Onsite)

Job Description:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience.
• Act as Requirements Point of Contact between Business and Project teams — reviewing Business requirements, clarifying ambiguities, and driving alignment
• Facilitate and document Design workshops; contribute to Design Phase deliverables
• Co-author the Integration Test Plan and execute test cycles; manage defects
• Support the Business through UAT planning and execution
• Provide on-site support during go-live and hyper care period
• Liaise with global teams to align local deployment with SAP QM standards
• Prepare deployment documentation and support key-user knowledge transfer
• Participate in agile ceremonies: standups, grooming, quality gates
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and cybersecurity standards
• Business Analysis REQUIRED Business requirement – analysis, requirements documentation, workshop facilitation
• SAP QM REQUIRED      Hands-on module experience;
• Testing (SIT / UAT) REQUIRED Test plan co-authoring, cycle execution, defect management
• Agile delivery REQUIRED           Daily standups, sprint grooming, quality gates
• French & English REQUIRED     Full bilingual proficiency — written and spoken
• Aerospace / regulated industry              A strong asset
