Role Summary:
• The SAP GTS Support Consultant will provide functional and technical support for SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) modules, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and optimizing global trade processes.
• The role involves day-to-day issue resolution, change request management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• The SAP GTS Support Consultant will provide functional and technical support for SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) modules, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and optimizing global trade processes.
• The role involves day-to-day issue resolution, change request management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP GTS modules including Compliance Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user queries.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and maintain SAP GTS settings to meet business needs.
• Support integration with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and third-party systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations. • Document solutions, processes, and user guides. • Stay updated on global trade regulations and suggest system updates accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in SAP GTS support and implementation.
• Strong understanding of global trade compliance and customs regulations. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Attributes:
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Exposure to project management and change control processes.
